These Terms govern your use of AD7prep (the “Service”), operated by R3D srl. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Independence

AD7prep is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by EPSO, the European Personnel Selection Office, or any European Union institution. All questions and materials are original and produced for practice purposes only. We do not reproduce official EPSO test items.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Free trial and premium access

The Service offers a limited free trial consisting of predefined practice sets. Full access requires a premium plan. We offer (a) a monthly subscription of €49/month, which renews automatically each month until cancelled, and (b) a one-time payment of €129 granting 12 months of Premium access. The €129 plan is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

Premium is digital content supplied online. Access to Premium is activated immediately after successful payment, so that you can start using the full question bank, simulations and analytics straight away.

4. Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time from your account: cancellation stops future renewals and charges, and access continues until the end of the period already paid. The 12-month plan ends automatically after 12 months and does not require cancellation.

Cancelling or not renewing the monthly subscription is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal described in section 5, and does not in itself give rise to a refund of the current paid period, without prejudice to any refund right you may have under applicable law.

5. Right of withdrawal and immediate access

If you are a consumer, applicable law may grant you a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Before payment we ask you to expressly request that access to Premium begin immediately and to consent to the supply of digital content starting during the withdrawal period. Your request, the plan selected, the text and version of the consent and the date and time are recorded.

Where you have given this express request and consent and the supply of the digital content has begun, you lose the right of withdrawal in the cases and under the conditions provided by applicable law. If you do not give this consent, you cannot proceed to payment. Where the right of withdrawal still applies, you can exercise it by contacting [email protected].

6. Your mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law, including rights relating to digital content that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, incorrect or unauthorised charges, or any other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or that the Service does not work as described, contact us at [email protected].

7. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our content, nor share your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. No guarantee of results

The Service is a preparation aid. We do not guarantee any particular result in the EPSO AD7 ICT competition or any exam.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R3D srl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights described in section 6.
